How do I contact the Under One Roof team?

All members of the administration team can be contacted in exactly the same way as members. See Contact other members for details. Alternatively send an email to the address at the bottom of this page.

Abusive posts

How do I report a post which is abusive or in the wrong place ?

When viewing the advert/reply/post you are concerned about.
Click the Report to moderator link on the bottom right-hand side of the post.
Enter the reason you are reporting the post in the Enter comment: box.
Click the Submit button.

An email will be sent to the Under One Roof team and the appropriate action taken.

The advert or post will either be moved, deleted or edited.

If a member continually abuses others, their account will be removed.
