Password problems

How do I change my password ?

Click the FORUM button on the menu bar.
Click the Profile button.
Click Account Related Settings.
Type your new password in the Choose password: box.
Type your new password in the Verify password: box.
Type a Secret Question: in the box. This is used to help you retrieve your password later, if you forget it.
Type the Answer: in the box.
Type your Current Password: in the box.
Click the Change profile button.

Your password is now changed.

How to recover from a forgotten password

I've forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?

First, attempt to log-in. When the password is not correct, this screen appears:

Click the Forgot your password? link. This screen then appears:

Enter your username or email address in the box and click send. An email will be sent to you, that contains a link. Click the link and you'll go to a page that will allow you to re-set your password.
